Order processing & dispatch
Processing time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Order confirmation: A confirmation email is sent as soon as your order is placed. This email includes tracking details so you can follow your order from dispatch to delivery.
Delivery timeframes
Domestic delivery (USA): Standard delivery within the United States takes 6–7 working days after dispatch.
International delivery: For orders outside the United States, delivery typically takes 9–15 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance and local carrier schedules.
Remote areas: Deliveries to hard-to-reach locations outside major urban centers may incur an additional surcharge of approximately $25. You will be notified of any extra charges at checkout.

Free shipping (USA): We offer free shipping on all orders above $900 within the United States.
International orders: Shipping fees for international orders vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Remote area surcharge: A $25 surcharge applies to deliveries in remote locations beyond major city centers. This charge will be shown at checkout where applicable.
International shipping
We ship to almost all countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges required by your country's customs authority. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. Delivery estimates for international orders may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier performance.
Undeliverable packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal at the point of delivery, or any other reason, we will contact you promptly to arrange re-delivery. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply for re-sending the order to the correct address.
Lost or damaged packages
We take great care in packaging every order to prevent damage during transit. However, if your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact our customer support team at support@primesword.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.
